Is there any kind of timer on the bread machine?
Yes, it actually has a timer that can be set to start a loaf up to 15 hours delayed. This is a handy feature so you can have warm bread when you get up in the morning or when you come home from work in the evenings. It also has a keep warm feature and an automatic shut-off.
Is it very difficult to clean up?
No. The Emerilware is made with non-stick loaf pans and baguette trays so that it is very easy to clean up when you are through.
Will it let me choose the type of crust I like on my bread?
Yes, the Emerilware Bread Maker has three settings for the crust. You can choose to have a light crust or a dark crust. But you can also choose for an in between crust if you like it better.
